Grooming, Battery and Disorderly Conduct

On September 13, 2022 the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services of possible child abuse. The reported abuser was a Case Manager for a local non-profit social service agency.

The Criminal Investigations Division conducted a five-month investigation into the events which occurred. Several juvenile victims were identified during the investigation and all provided consistent allegations against the suspect’s contact and communication as being sexual in nature. The suspect was identified as Mohammad Mohsin Khan.   

As a result of the investigation an arrest warrant was issued for the following charges. Khan surrendered himself to law enforcement without issue.

Bond was set at $10,000 with 10% to apply

The charges against this individual are merely allegations against them.  All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
