Community Presentations
To keep the community involved in our current activities, we
invite community members to come watch demonstrations by some of
our units. We also give informational presentations on important
topics, such as:

- Drug and Gang Awareness & Prevention
- Home & Business Security
- Identity Theft
- Internet Safety
- Neighborhood Watch
- Personal Safety Tips
- Residential Safety
- Senior Safety
- Stranger Danger Education
- Vacation House Checks
- Workplace Violence
- What is it Like to be a Police Officer?
Child Fingerprinting ID System
Our electronic fingerprinting identification system scans and
prints a record of your child's ten fingerprints and photos. We
provide this sytem at community events, such as the county fair and
the annual Childrens Health & Safety Fair at
MCC. Please contact us to request the Child Fingerprinting ID
System for your event.

Shop With a Cop
Every year, near Christmas time, our officers take groups of
underprivileged children from McHenry County to Walmart where they
are given $200 each to spend on gifts they may otherwise not have
receieved. We believe it is important for each child to know they
are deserving of such gifts.
